As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding when appropriate to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.

Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.

Support access control procedures by observing entrances and exits, and interacting with visitors and staff in a professional manner.

Document all incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Hold a Level III armed certification required by Texas state law.

Possess an armed guard card or license as required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
