What You'll Be Doing :

As a key leader in our Defense Engineering Solutions Sector, you’ll have the opportunity to :

Shape Strategy : Develop and refine the sector’s technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Parsons’ overarching goals. Identify gaps and recommend capability enhancements or M&A opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.

Drive Innovation : Build and lead a high-performing technology organization that fosters collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Lead Proposals : Oversee solution architects to deliver compelling, responsive, and differentiated technical proposals that win business.

Support Growth : Partner with business development and capture teams to identify strategic opportunities, engage customers, and showcase Parsons’ unique capabilities.

Stay Ahead : Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to keep the sector at the forefront of innovation.

Collaborate : Foster partnerships across sectors, business units, and external organizations to accelerate technological advancements.

What You'll Bring :

Expertise in Defense Missions : Deep understanding of DoD operations and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.

Technical Leadership : Proven experience in systems engineering, platform integration, C5ISR, air defense, C-UAS, software development, AI / ML, network operations, and cybersecurity.

Strategic Vision : A master’s degree in a technical field (advanced degree preferred) and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Leadership Excellence : A track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Security Clearance : Active Secret clearance required; TS with SCI eligibility preferred.

U.S. Citizenship : Required to support national security objectives.

Security Clearance Requirement :

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
