HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE MECHANIC! DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our first-shift maintenance team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing automated equipment, as well as electrical and mechanical systems. You will spend approximately 50% of your time handling preventative maintenance, 30% on high-level diagnostics and repairs, and 20% on various project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical subsystems including PLCs, 480V systems, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain and repair 3-phase motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and facility tools.
• Perform light facilities tasks as needed.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6AM to 4PM, Monday through Thursday, and 5AM to 1 : 30PM on Friday. You will collaborate with a team of six other technicians.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00 / hr.
