Job Title : Cable Harness Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cable Harness Assembler to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Oldsmar, FL. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of assembly operations, working on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, while contributing to innovative projects supporting diverse military and commercial applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Work from diagrams and drawings to make initial layouts using hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.
• Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies.
• Perform quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies.
• Follow written instructions to build cable harnesses accurately.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large, regulated, and safety-conscious manufacturing facility located in Oldsmar, Florida. It is climate-controlled, offering air-conditioned and well-spaced workstations for employees. The facility operates on two shifts : the 1st shift runs from 5 am to 3 : 30 pm, and the 2nd shift from 3 : 30 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays scheduled off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OLDSMAR, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 / hr.
