Coordinator, Paid Social

As Coordinator, Paid Social at Mod Op, you will be in a key role managing and implementing paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. This is not a content creation role. Content will be provided in most cases, by client teams and / or internal creative teams.

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to implement quickly without error, contribute to improving operational processes, accuracy / efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Essential Functions

Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including :

  • Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management.
  • Develop audience strategies and manage bidding / optimization.
  • Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting, and related tasks.
  • Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and optimization
  • Work closely with third-party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes.
  • Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback, and other vital project details.
  • Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op's success.
