Overview
People Partner, Tech (Security, Product Engineering) – based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Support Product and Security teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Security, working on HR projects with Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and others. Provide coaching and strategic support to senior leaders and managers across technical functions building Anthropic's AI systems. Help build HR policies and strategies aligned to client needs and act as a trusted leader on employee-related topics.

Compensation
The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.
$245,000 - $300,000 USD
Logistics
Education requirements : We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy : Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Some roles may require more time in the office.
Visa sponsorship : We do sponsor visas. If we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to obtain a visa, with the assistance of an immigration lawyer.
