Maintenance Technician

JOB TITLE :

• Maintenance Technician DEPARTMENT :         Maintenance Maintenance Technician – Days with Weekend Availability Compensation : $25–$30 / hour DOE | Hourly, Level H3 Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary Epicurean Butter is seeking a skilled and independent Maintenance Technician to keep our food production equipment and facility systems running at peak performance.
• This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment once trained.
• Experience working on food production or packaging equipment is strongly preferred, as this position is critical to ensuring the safety of our product, efficiency, and reliability of our operations.
• Departmental and personnel collaboration is key to success in this position.
• Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food production and packaging equipment as well as facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Support and improve the preventive maintenance program with technical recommendations.
• Lead or assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Execute work orders independently, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.
• Proactively identify safety or operational concerns and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and maintenance activities.
• Uphold company policies regarding GMPs, food safety, tool control, and safety.
• Communicate effectively with production, QA, and leadership teams while providing technical insight.
