Position Overview

We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support installation, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Indiana. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical systems, takes pride in workmanship, and can work independently or as part of a crew in fast-paced construction environments.

Pay is $32-$35 / hr

lodging plus $50 a day in per diem paid all 7 days if schedule is worked.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (install or service)

Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems, controls, and refrigeration

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions

Must pass required pre-employment screenings (background, drug test)
