What You'll Do :

🎯 The Senior Manager of S&OP (or Sales and Operations Planning), is a professional

responsible for coordinating and aligning sales forecasts with operational capabilities by

analyzing demand, managing inventory levels, and creating production plans to ensure a

balance between supply and demand, maximizing profitability and smooth business

operations across the organization; key duties include demand forecasting, capacity

planning, inventory optimization, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve

optimal production strategies.

Education and Qualifications :

✅ BA / BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with

5-10 years of experience in supply chain management, including supply chain demand and supply planning and S&OP.

✅ Knowledge of supply chain management principles and operations planning with strong

analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.

✅ Experience with IRT and / or ERP systems is a plus; proficient in MS office tools.
