Description of the role :

As a Maintenance Technician Weekends at Neulife Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities on weekends. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and functional environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain and repair fixtures, furniture, and other physical structures.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
