Clinical Monitoring Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Monitoring. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the performance and training of Lead Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Research Associates Drive the development and implementation of Clinical Monitoring Standard Operating Procedures and processes Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu Minimum of 10 years of clinically related experience, with at least 3 years in clinical research monitoring Previous experience in a CRO is preferred At least 2 years of supervisory experience Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and ICH-GCP guidelines
