A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer II to provide application expertise and support for internal requests.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with internal employees to detail issues and manage the ticketing system
Detect and resolve production issues, and collaborate with the Engineering team on bugs and problems
Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for applications, including training end users and managing knowledge transfers
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support
Understanding of web applications, preferably in Ruby on Rails, Java, and React
Knowledge of key technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
Desire to improve support processes and ensure timely resolution of tickets
Experience in FinTech or the payment industry is appreciated
