The Retail Store Manager acts as the Business Owner of the store and is responsible for merchandising, financial management, sales staff supervision, and overall store leadership. This role leads a team in achieving sales and profitability targets. The Retail Store Manager maintains operational and merchandising excellence to deliver a customer experience unique to Under Armour.

Base Compensation

$52,624.00 - $72,415.20 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individuals relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
