Overview of Duties and Responsibilities :
This position promotes the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of Neighborhood Service Organization and helps to achieve the objectives of the Finance Department. The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include; leading the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing cash flow and other projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

Job Knowledge and Comprehension
The senior financial analyst's responsibilities include, in coordination with CFO, leading the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing cash and other projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior financial analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with the monthly close process. Responsibilities also include revenue and cash posting and accounts receivable management, including aged receivables documentation. As well as financial management of grants and contracts that are assigned.
To be successful as a senior financial analyst, you should be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
