Sales Operations Lead For Independent Software Vendor Segment
The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Segment. The candidate for this role will be a strategic thought partner in shaping the trajectory of the business. They will be able to transform data into compelling narratives and help drive our next phase of growth through operational excellence and innovative thinking.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who loves to dive deep into data, ask questions, and uncover insights. They are quick to roll up their sleeves to solve problems and look around corners to better understand what we don't see. This position works cross-functionally with several stakeholders supporting the extended Enterprise Sales organization, including Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and the Partner team. The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as across other geographies. The "OneTeam" will look to the person in this role to ground them in data and steer them in a strategic direction.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.
