Pharmacy Technician - Acute - (Pharm / Pharma Tech)

Pay Rate : $1332.28 - $1459.84

Located in the vibrant city of Birmingham, Alabama, this Pharmacy Technician role offers a professional opportunity in a dynamic setting. Birmingham is brimming with attractions – from the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame to beautiful parks and trails for hiking and biking, providing many leisure activities. The healthcare facilities in this city are top-tier, with accolades including high rankings by U.S. News and the Women's Choice Award for Best Hospitals. You'll be part of an 8-day work shift from 11 am to 8 pm, working a 40-hour week. This contract position spans 13 weeks, with credentialing completed in two weeks and a notice policy of 14 days. The overtime rate is offered at 1.35x after 40 hours, providing a rewarding work experience in a supportive and renowned medical environment.

Pharmacy Technician, Acute

Licenses : PHARMTECH-AL

1+ year experience

Omnicell experience preferred

Active AL License + AL required training

We would expect them to be willing to work in the IV room some of the time performing sterile products preparation and will need to do a fingertip test on day 1. We have Omnicell and Epic.
