Warehouse Associate / Quality Control Location : Lakewood, NJ Type : Contract-to-permanent Compensation : $20.00 - $23.00 hourly (depending on experience) Hours : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM Monday - Thursday, & Friday 8 : 00 AM-1 : 30 PM Warehouse Associate / Quality Control Job Duties : Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing freight. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe factory floor. Load and unload trucks using stacking machine or other material handling equipment. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards. Perform basic maintenance Operate stacker machines and other production equipment safely and efficiently. Warehouse Associate / Quality Control Job Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations. Ability to learn operation of warehouse equipment Familiarity with basic tools and maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
