Responsibilities
The Education Services Coordinator assists the Principal in the daily operational functions of the education program. They also act as a liaison between education and other departments in the program.
Attends weekly hold review meetings as well as weekly management meetings.
Attends staffing / recruiting meetings weekly to give necessary updates.
Uploading interview notes for all candidates to the SharePoint site.
Required to monitor and report residential, clinical and education staffing needs and concerns to recruiting.
Compiling weekly HR reports to ensure all required documentation is accurate for program staff (performance review, transcripts, and driver's license, out of state driver's license).
Responsible for sending education and residential new job request forms to recruiting.
Works directly with HR and recruiting concerning issues with new staff.
Conducting first interviews with new applicants and passing their first interview notes as well as resume to the appropriate manager.
Initiating and managing the onboarding process for applicants.
Monitors program manager as well as supervisors during their phase of the onboarding process.
Ensures Program Manager as well as Supervisors are aware of the status of background checks, drug tests and fingerprints.
Schedules and facilitates new hire meetings weekly for the first 8 weeks from new hires start date.
Additional Information
This position is a regular part-time position, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a social service discipline required.
Experience with coordinating administrative processes required.
One to two years experience within residential setting preferred.
Ability to complete task with high degree of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
