Job Requirements

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Washington State (LSWAIC or LICSW preferred).
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, safety planning, and community resources.
• Familiarity with CMS regulations and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
