    • What’s Required :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology or related degree.
  • Registered Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent.
  • Nationally recognized certification or eligible (ASCP) as a MT(ASCP), MLS (ASCP) or CLS (ASCP). Must be certified within 12 months of hire and recertify if / as required

    • All MLS / MLT  students who will be graduating in 2025 are eligible to apply for the program. Once you apply :

  • Applications will be screened and interviews will be offered to selected students. Interviews are conducted before graduation by lab leaders.
  • If selected, you will receive an offer and an agreement specifying a 3 year work commitment.  The $10,000 awards are given after the student is accepted and the agreement has been signed. Use of the funds is at the discretion of the student and no accounting for use is required.

    • Award recipients will interview with lab department managers

    Award recipients are placed into full-time positions with full employee benefits. These positions begin after graduation.

    Application Deadlines :

    April 15th, 2025 for April / May 2025 graduates

    November 30th, 2025 for December 2025 graduates
