Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Miramar, FL

Pay Rate $17hr

Shift: 7am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Efficiently move products for receiving, stocking, replenishments, and order filling as needed
• Operate stand-up, dock stocker, and sit-down (Certified) lift trucks safely and effectively
• Learn and perform all functions of the warehouse departments
• Operate around trailers, containers, and storage areas of the warehouse
• Focus on safety, quality, and meeting daily operational objectives while practicing ownership and initiative

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a order picker forklift safely and efficiently
• Basic inventory transaction computer skills
• Lift certified or ability to obtain certification
• Basic problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English; Spanish skills are a plus
