The General Manager will own revenue, profit, and team performance—building scalable systems, improving execution, and driving growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct oversight of sales, production, and service, reporting to ownership and earning meaningful equity tied to results. Ideal for a former Special Operations leader now operating in business or consulting—ready to take full P&L responsibility in a blue-collar, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L—drive growth, margin, and operational efficiency
• Lead and develop the team through clear expectations and accountability
• Oversee sales, estimating, production, and customer service
• Implement scalable systems and process discipline
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities
• Uphold quality, safety, and service standards across the business
