Job Summary :

The Stacker role in the Corrugator Department at Tulare, CA plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. The position is responsible for monitoring machinery, ensuring products are packed and inspected to the highest standards, and supporting continuous workflow by keeping the area organized and clean. Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure machines run at optimal efficiency with minimal downtime
• Pack and inspect products from the stacker to meet strict quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and comply with sanitation protocols
• Monitor machine performance and notify operators of adjustments as needed
• Accurately count and bundle products, making necessary adjustments on the scale
• Follow all safety and plant rules, including PPE usage and ergonomic lifting practices
• Assist coworkers to maximize department performance and productivity
• Execute preventative maintenance and report issues to supervisors promptly
• Properly utilize conveyors, load formers, shrink tunnels, and other equipment
• Adhere to company policies, food safety, sanitation, and quality management systems
