Job Summary :
Admiral Communities is seeking an acquisitions manager to work directly with the CEO.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate real estate investments in the United States with a focus on the Southeast.
- Identify and analyze real estate opportunities that meet established criteria.
- Perform market research and valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities in manufactured housing and RV parks.
- Negotiate all transaction deal terms under the direction of senior management.
- Manage the legal review process for transaction documents, including facilitating dialogue between the parties’ legal counsel.
- Manage the closing process for each transaction and provide appropriate follow-up to involved parties to ensure timely execution of documents and on-schedule exchange of ownership, by acting as a liaison between interested properties and entities.
- Perform extensive due diligence, in accordance with financing requirements, management requests, and company policy on each transaction, including traveling to the properties, meeting with management, coordinating with various advisors, and formulating investment strategies.
- Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities and present to senior management.
- Participate in the execution of transactions, including negotiations of contracts and agreements with sellers and financing banks.
- Position requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate should be motivated to enact assertive follow ups with potential leads, with some follow up occurring on nights or weekends.

Experience and Education :
Preferred 2+ years in commercial real estate transactions
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in real estate finance, business, accounting, or related field.
Must complete successful background check and drug testing requirements.

Base Salary of $60,000.00 plus commission.WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Long periods standing and sitting, lifting to 50lbs, Local and long-distance travel demands, which require possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record. Overnight travel may also be required. Failure to maintain or inability to acquire insurance, insurability, or a satisfactory driving record are grounds for termination.
