Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Neurosurgery!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team. In this role, you will care for a diverse and complex population of patients, providing critical support and delivering quality care.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Hours : Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Nights with shifts of 8 and 12 hours. Every third weekend and holiday rotation required.

Salary : Competitive pay range of $37.50 - $56.25. Additional benefits include :

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for 3rd Shift
Up to $20,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness
Tuition Assistance of up to $7,200
RN Referral Bonus of $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates

What You'll Be Doing :

Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care by utilizing the nursing process.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care.

Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.

Enhance the overall patient experience throughout their healthcare journey.

Your Responsibilities Include :

Assessing patient needs and planning individualized interventions.

Recognizing significant changes in patient conditions and responding appropriately.

Implementing strategies to enhance patient safety and reduce risks.

Coordinating discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.

Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care processes.

Qualifications :

Valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

A degree from an accredited Nursing program.

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
