Overview

Knowledge Teamleader Cultures & Probiotics leads a global team and drives strategic projects within the Cultures and Probiotics organization. The role applies functional leadership to drive strategic projects and, together with manufacturing technology engineers at the plants, is responsible for reaching cost and capacity savings targets in the short and long term. To meet long-term targets, the knowledge team leader seeks new technologies in collaboration with Process R&D and leads projects for large-scale implementation. As a member of the Manufacturing Technology team, you will lead a diverse global team, ensure global collaboration, share best practices, standardize processes and support data democratization and digitization.

Where You\'ll Make a Difference

• Promote technology vision and champion global collaboration for H&B Cultures & Probiotics sites globally
• Lead global Cultures & Probiotics knowledge team and partner with sub-team leaders to enhance global collaboration and foster continuous improvement of our C&P technologies
• Develop and review technology performance metrics with production sites
• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop engineers globally for C&P technologies and data democratization technologies
• Develop and replenish project portfolio aligning with Business and PR&D
• Partner with R&D to drive new technology development and take initiative to explore new large-scale technologies with higher efficiency or lower cost; explore options for further digitization with digital MT leads and the digital team
• Drive implementation projects of new technologies
• Collaborate with other functions (Quality, Analytics, Capital, etc.) to ensure new initiatives are shared and supported
