The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.

Job Description:

The Springs at The Waterfront is building a team of talented individuals to provide 5-star service. Come be a part of our team of classically trained hospitality professionals. We offer residents and guests multiple dining venues in an up-scale environment, with award-winning cuisine, and stunning views. If you have fine-dining, barista or bartending experience, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities include:

• 5-star table service
• Light bartending preferred
• Room Service
• Attention to detail and sanitation
• Beer, wine, cocktail, and food menu knowledge
• Empathize and understand our residents have specific needs

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of previous fine dining experience preferred
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Wine and alcohol service experience preferred
• Willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-Time

Hourly Wage:

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Dining Room Server position, with an hourly wage of $18.50-$24 depending on experience. (This is a non-tipping environment.)
