Job Title : Cost Accountant

Job Location : Lincolnton, NC

Work Schedule : 100% on-site, M-F

Salary Range : $90k-$110k base salary + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k with 4% Match

Must have :

• 3+ yrs of experience working as a Cost Accountant
• Bachelors degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Macros)
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production costs, preparing cost reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure efficient financial management and cost control within the organization.
