We're looking for a Refund Resolution Specialist to help make sure patients and insurance companies are billed and refunded correctly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with details, and helping people.

You'll review payments, research refund requests, and make sure everything is handled quickly, accurately, and by the rules.

What You'll Do

• Review refund requests from patients, insurance companies, and providers.
• Double-check payments and account details to confirm if a refund is needed.
• Process refunds quickly and accurately.
• Fix problems with credit balances, duplicate payments, or overpayments.
• Work with patients, payers, and team members to solve billing issues.
• Keep clear records of refund actions for audits and reports.
• Follow HIPAA and all company rules to protect patient information.
• Help spot patterns or mistakes and share ideas to improve our process.
• Support chargeback disputes by gathering the right paperwork on time.
