A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst I / II.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects to improve business processes, data visibility, and operational efficiency

Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions for automation

Build reports, dashboards, and applications using tools like Power BI and Salesforce

Required Qualifications

Curiosity and passion for improving processes through data and technology

Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools

Ability to simplify complex processes into scalable solutions

Experience or interest in operations, data management, or process improvement
