We are experiencing strong growth in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. We have several immediate openings for an experienced HVAC install lead or foreman. We offer consistent, year-round work, competitive benefits and top compensation. We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join this dynamic team and be part of our success.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Must work well with others and be a team player
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Capable of reporting job progress to the Superintendent
• Must have own hand tools
• Great attitude
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Be able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week with the flexibility to work overtime / weekends, as required
• Compensation will be based on experience
