Education & Qualifications

Education : B.S. in Metallurgy, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (M.S. / Ph.D. preferred).

Industry Experience : 10+ years in technical management within the metals industry; 5+ years in aerospace with leadership responsibilities.

Special Skills :

Proficiency in SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and 8D

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Rapid decision-making in high-pressure environments
