Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate grievance and appeals processes
Analyze claims and write correspondence related to grievances and appeals
Ensure compliance with insurance, Medicare, and CMS regulations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Grievance and Appeals experience
Experience in analyzing claims
Knowledge of insurance / Medicare / CMS
Experience in customer service
Research skills and ability to multi-task
