  • Experience in recruitment.
  • Zero (0) – three (3) years of professional work experience
  • Requires familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday.
  • Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions.

One of the following is required prior to start or within 12 months of hire :

  • SHRM- Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
  • SHRM-Certified Professional (CP).
  • HRCI - Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
  • HRCI- Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
