• Job description

The Counter Associate provides exceptional service and creates a positive shopping and sales experience for all customers. The following details are not definitive and subject to change based on organizational needs.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers
• Conduct sales transactions and recommend / promote items related to customer's product or application
• Efficiently process customer returns
• Assist in the warehouse with picking orders when necessary
• All other duties as assigned
• Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills required and a team player
• Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, basic math and filing skills
• Familiar with dollies, pallet jacks and fork lifts, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and utilize 6 ft ladder
• HVAC knowledge a plus!
• Required Qualification
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year sales or related work experience
• HVAC experience a plus
• Job Location
• Full Time Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
• Shift is based on business needs
• Salary Expectations
• Minimum Starting Pay $18

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
