Role : Global Payroll Analyst / Financial Analyst

Location : Overland Park, KS (Hybrid)

Type : Contract

Skills / Experience needed :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / HR or related field
• 5 years of minimum experience in payroll processing
• 2+ years in a global / multi-country payroll processing experience
• Industry Knowledge Global payroll compliance & tax regulations
• Familiarity with labor laws across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Systems Experience Payroll software and HRIS systems Experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Any CPP, GPA, or IPP certifications are highly desirable
• Certifications International payroll certification (GPMI, CIPP, IPP) highly desirable.
