Key Responsibilities :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Accurately collect and document client data

Collaborate with families and team members to promote client success

Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment

Requirements :

Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Experience in ABA or working with children is a plus

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
