Job description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 90-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting on Oct 13, 2025. This role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring comprehensive healthcare across all ages, utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic illnesses
  • Perform routine health screenings and preventative care visits
  • Document patient care services by charting in Epic EMR system
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and medical staff to provide well-rounded care
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

    • Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Family Medicine
  • Required to hold active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid Oregon medical license required
