Job descriptionLength of assignment : 6+ months (November 2025 - ongoing) Providers needed : 3.5 FT physicians (about 42 shifts / month) Minimum shifts acceptable : 5 per month Physician shift times : Mon-Wed : 7a-5p, 10a-8p, 3p-1a, 4p-12a, 8p-7a; Thurs-Sun : 7a-5p, 10a-9p, 4p-2a, 8p-7a NPPA shift times : Mon-Fri : 6a-6p, 8a-7p, 12p-11p, 6p-6a; Sat-Sun : 6a-6p, 9a-9p, 6p-6a Staffing model (physicians) : 49 hrs Mon-Wed, 42 hrs Sat-Sun Staffing model (NPPA) : 46 hrs Mon-Fri, 36 hrs Sat-Sun Annual ED volume : 49,500 Patients per day : 135 / day % EMS : 30% % admitted patients : 22% ED beds : 42 (includes fast track beds) Scribe coverage : Yes; 10 hrs / day Backup specialties : Robust on-site backup specialties EMR system : Epic Certifications accepted : ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM (FM must have proof of ED work in past 2 years) Alternative boards accepted : ABPS - No Residency requirement : Must have completed EM or FM residency Required certifications : ATLS (required for FM trained, not EM), ACLS, PALS State license : Active state license required to proceed Privileging timeframe : 90 days (no temps)
