Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is needed to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Chowchilla, CA. This is a contract position for the full school year, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports.
  • Participate in meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) reviews and provide expert recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
  • Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 educational environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
