Responsibilities
- Work full-time in the office to generate quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close new business.
- Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads.
- Help clients understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options that add value and peace of mind.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to sharpen your sales techniques and expand your product expertise.
- Take part in ongoing training and development programs designed to accelerate your success and prepare you for future advancement opportunities within the agency.
Requirements
Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain both)High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.Proven success in sales or leadership roles is highly valued.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses and pursue professional development.Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
