Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach warehouse staff to ensure they can meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, meeting daily shipping deadlines.
• Process incoming inventory, maintain organized storage, and ensure inventory accuracy to support smooth operations.
• Drive operational excellence by focusing on quality, safety, and cost reduction while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure the warehouse space is clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve operational goals and contribute to the company's mission of promoting strength and fitness.
• Utilize warehouse and inventory management software to track operations and ensure accuracy.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00 / hr.
