Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach warehouse staff to ensure they can meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, meeting daily shipping deadlines.
- Process incoming inventory, maintain organized storage, and ensure inventory accuracy to support smooth operations.
- Drive operational excellence by focusing on quality, safety, and cost reduction while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the warehouse space is clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve operational goals and contribute to the company's mission of promoting strength and fitness.
- Utilize warehouse and inventory management software to track operations and ensure accuracy.

2-3+ years of experience leading a team of at least 5 people in a warehouse operationRecent experience managing inventory and shipping / receiving functionsERP system experience (or similar computer-based tracking) for inventoryAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularly and operate a forkliftJoin a small, yet ambitious company with a goal of building numerous home gym systems within a set timeframe. Work closely with a small team where high accountability is valued and collaboration is encouraged.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00 / hr.
