Responsibilities

Lead Acquisition : Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Prospect Engagement : Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and introduce them to KP Insurance Agency's offerings.

Data Management : Accurately enter and update client information in the CRM to ensure streamlined follow-up processes.

Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into lifelong customers.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to transition leads into clients and contribute to the agency's growth.

Performance Monitoring : Track lead generation activities and results to optimize strategies for better outcomes.

Requirements

Experience : Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the insurance sector.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and consumer data to identify leads.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is required.

Goal-Oriented : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and team members.

Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Battle Creek, Michigan area and its demographic is beneficial.
