Location : On-site in Hattiesburg, MS

Hourly Base Pay : $15.00 per hour, along with a $500 new hire bonus and potential for over $2,400 in additional bonuses!

Schedule : Flexible part-time schedules available; specific hours and start dates will be discussed with the recruiter.

Night Shift Opportunities : We highly value night shifts, offering a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service for basic inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer queries.
  • Maintain knowledge of client regulations and go through required internal training.
  • Assist callers in completing online applications and provide pre-scripted responses to inquiries.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work within established turnaround times while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
