Job description5 Day Work Week - Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with Saturday rotation OR 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts. Process parts orders, returns, and invoices efficiently and accurately. Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs. Maintain parts inventory levels and organization. Research parts availability, pricing, and warranty information. Answering telephone calls punctually and considerately to make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. Support daily parts department operations and ensure timely delivery to the service department. Attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders. Stock incoming inventory in the correct location Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors and internal team members. Strong computer skills - parts catalogs and parts processing performed electronically. 2 + years of experience in an automotive parts department (Ford experience preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basil Benefits : Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401k with Employer Match 3 Health insurance plans to choose from Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance Employee Social Events Join a dealership that values your experience and hard work.
