About The Role :

As a Personal Lines Underwriter , you’ll manage excess and surplus (E&S) personal lines, providing coverage for high-risk properties, unique assets, and situations beyond standard insurers. You’ll assess risk, set coverage terms, and drive new and renewal business through client visits, telemarketing, and broker coordination. You’ll also track key performance metrics and mentor Assistant Underwriters, shaping the next generation of talent.

Location : Charlotte, NC ( Hybrid-3 days in office)
