Receiving Team Lead
The Receiving Team Leader will be responsible for leading a small team on the receiving dock, typically consisting of 5-6 employees. The role involves organizing incoming trucks and their arrival times, unloading with teammates, staging for production, and tracking incoming inventory in a system similar to Excel. The leader will train, manage, and coach employees while also performing duties as a working team lead.

Work Environment :
The shift is from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime including some weekends, averaging about 50 hours per week. The work environment is bright and organized, though the production area can be cramped. The facility is not air-conditioned, resulting in higher temperatures near machines in the summer. Safety glasses and closed-toe shoes are required, and gloves are provided in some areas.

Pay and Benefits :
