Coverage Needed Start Date : As soon as credentialed End Date : Ongoing Schedule : 15 days a month, 24-hour call coverage Clinical Details Daily Patient Volume : 4 Call : CVTS for 24 hour Call EMR : EPIC Clinical / hospital / OR time plus 24-hour call responsibilities Requirements Must have Alaska license and Alaska DEA Trained, Board Certified, and experienced in CT Surgery DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
