Job descriptionExperience in the last-mile delivery or express delivery / courier industry and familiarity with the market landscape and operating model of the local US courier / delivery market . Strong data processing and structured analysis capabilities; ability to independently produce analysis reports and support decision-making. Possess front-line operational experience to deeply understand and drive end-to-end business processes. Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills , with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset .
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, and monitor key service products' data on timeliness, quality, and cost performance , and promptly identify issues and issue early warnings.
- Establish and maintain the daily project management mechanism ; coordinate with upstream and downstream departments to drive issue rectification and closure.
- Lead specialized analysis of product-related issues, develop and implement solutions, and continuously optimize product experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market competitor dynamics analysis and product competitiveness analysis , and improve or launch customized products and services by leveraging existing production resources.
