Part-Time Mental Health Support Specialist

The Health Department is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a part-time Mental Health Support Specialist at Falls Community Health. This role allows for a maximum of 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule tailored to clinic needs.

As a vital member of our behavioral health and primary care teams, you will provide both crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support to patients in a clinic setting. Our mission is to deliver affordable, high-quality, and fully integrated health care to underserved communities.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of two (2) years of mental health experience in a clinical or hospital environment, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Must possess a valid state of South Dakota license as a clinical social worker (LCSW-PIP) or professional counselor (LPC-MH).
